Release agents

Appropriate separation of ready element and the mould is a big problem. More or less effective methods have been employed for that purpose. The best solution is creating the abhesive layer. Such effect is obtained by using semi-continuous separating agents.

Agents offered by us are manufactured by Zywax Company, which makes up the Flex Z series and by T.R Industries company, whose offer includes TR series.

T.R.102 REGULAR MOLD RELEASE (STANDARD WAX) - typical separating wax

T.R.104 HITEMP MOLD RELEASE (HIGH-TEMPERATURE WAX) - high temperature resistant separating wax

T.R.108 BASIC MOLD RELEASE (BASIC WAX) - wax recommended for mould conditioning

T.R.111 SLURRY WAX (SEMI-LIQUID WAX) - for moulds’ edges, mould's flange, marble-like casting and other simple surfaces

T.R.210 SELF STRIPPING LIQUID MOLD RELEASE (SELF-SEPARATING LIQUID WAX) - basic release (separating) agent for moulds made of composite materials (FRP) and for marble-like screeders, preventing accumulation of wax, for fully conditioned and hardened moulds

T.R.214 REGULAR LIQUID RELEASE (STANDARD LIQUIS SEPARATING AGENT) - for porous surfaces, preventing accumulation of wax, for fully conditioned and hardened moulds
